Our recent rebrand to Realife Tech reflects our vision to ‘create a better experience of the real world for every person’. We will achieve this by making the countless systems we interact with in the real world responsive to us as individuals, to our journeys and our emotions.

But how did we get to where we are now? 

Our company was born from Concert Live, a live event retailer with an 11-year history of working with globally renowned artists and iconic venues. Concert Live created and sold live recordings for some of the world’s biggest acts including Robbie Williams, Elton John and KISS alongside selling limited edition vinyls and merchandise.

In 2012, on tour with Robbie Williams, our founder and CEO Adam Goodyer was watching his Concert Live promotional team trying to sell live recordings to thousands of fans and realised that there had to be a better way for venues, stadiums, festivals and artists to connect with their customers. This gave him the idea of developing a solution to engage and commercialise mobile use at entertainment events.

In 2014, we launched the LiveStyled brand along with our first white-labelled mobile apps for Rewind Festival and The O2 Academy Group. The LiveStyled company grew rapidly, working with some of the biggest venues, sports teams and festivals including The O2, The SSE Arena Wembley, The Mercedes-Benz Arena and Tottenham Hotspur Football Club. 

The versatile solution was proven to work in a wide range of real-life experiences, across a range of new sectors such as Sport, Entertainment, Leisure, Retail and The Arts.

We had outgrown the ‘Live’ element of the name. To show our commitment to creating a better experience of the real world for every person, we launched our new brand, Realife Tech.

Along with the change of name, Realife Tech evolved from an app solution to an award-winning platform that understands human behaviour by linking systems and databases that people interact with in the real world. It then automates personalised experiences for each individual using machine learning and configurable workflows. This responds by instructing mobile & web applications and digital screens which messages to send and what content to display to every individual person.

Realife Tech now boasts clients across Europe, the USA and the UAE. The rebrand also marks the global expansion of the company, with offices opening in LA to support recent client wins including Superfly, Outside Lands Festival, LA Galaxy and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
